Simmons School of Social Work is seeking field liaisons for it’s online program – SocialWork@Simmons. The role of field liaison is to ensure the integrity of Field Education placements, to serve as a resource to agency field instructors and to help students achieve their educational goals in the field placement. Field liaisons will be responsible for up to 20 online MSW students and will advise that group through the completion of one and sometimes two field placements. In most situations the field placements will occur in an online environment (Adobe Connect).

Interested applicants must have 3-5 years supervision experience with MSW students and must possess an MSW and the highest level of licensure in the state where applicant practices.

Simmons School of Social Work is seeking seminar instructors for its online program – SocialWork@Simmons. The Virtual Guide to Field Education for Students and Field Instructors is a mini orientation seminar for field instructors and students entering placement. It includes 6 asynchronous and 6 live sessions introducing students to the unique characteristics of clinical social work supervision. Instructors teach six 90 minute virtual live sessions per term for a total of 15 students.

Creighton University Social Work Program is looking for a Field Practicum Coordinator. This is a full time (9 month) teaching/administrator non-tenure track position in the department of Sociology, Anthropology and Social Work. The primary purpose of this position is to: 1) develop, affiliate, support, maintain and monitor bachelor level practicum placements, 2) provide professional support, coaching, and mentoring to students related to the field experience, and 3) teach courses including: field practicum seminar, human behavior and the social environment and, macro courses.

Applicants must have an MSW from an accredited social work program and college or university required; Ph.D. preferred. Applicants should display evidence of significant and appropriate teaching experience as well as evidence of involvement with community social welfare agencies.

The University of South Florida, School of Social Work invites applications for one Instructor. This position is dedicated to providing instruction in the BSW and MSW programs and contributing to the service needs in the School. Term of appointment shall be 9 months continual appointment subject to annual evaluations (beginning August 7, 2015). Salary is commensurate with experience.
